Register for Redmond Cross Country or Track and Field through Final Forms. Both parents and students need to sign the online forms. If you are a CHOICE school student you will need to email Nicole Showalter with your name and what sport you are registering for. Once this email is received you will be able to access the registration material through Final Forms. 

Pay the participation fee and purchase an ASB card through the LWSD Online Payment System. 

All student athletes need an updated physical that lasts through the season. Physicals last two years. When you have completed the sports physical, please turn it in to the school. You may also email it directly to: nshowalter@lwsd.org

To be eligible to participate in any LWSD athletic program, a student must pay all fines, return all equipment/uniforms from previous sports and complete the following requirements: 

Athletes cannot participate until they are cleared. To be fully cleared, you must complete:

#1 Forms 

#2 Parent signature (via Parent Email)

#3 Student signature (via LWSD Email)

#4 Fee paid

#5 Updated physical that lasts through the season
