Winter Training

WINTER TRAINING

If you aren't participating in a winter sport, there is optional winter running and conditioning from November through February. If you know of student-athletes that are interested in joining, pass the word along and bring them out. See schedules below:

Distance: 

Monday through Friday: 3:45 on the track every day for athlete-led workouts.

Monday: Weight Room and Coach Check In 5:30 - 6:30 pm after the run. 

Thursday: Weight Room and Coach Check In 5:00 - 6:00 pm after the run. 

Saturday: Alternating Winter Grand Prix and Long Runs.

Sprints/Jumps/Hurdles/Vaulters: 

Monday: Conditioning, 3:45-5:15 on the track

Tuesday: Weight Room, 4:45-6:00

Wednesday: Conditioning, 2:00-3:30 on the track

Thursday: Weight Room, 3:30-5:00
